Please refer to the care tags on any garments purchased. Treat all of your embroidered items with extra care, the pulling or cutting of thread will negatively affect the appearance of the embroidery.
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 12 month warranty from the original date of purchase. If you have an issue with your product, please contact email@example.com, and I will do my best resolve the issue for you. Please note that general wear and tear is not considered a material or manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered by our warranty.
