When will my order ship?
UPDATE: DUE TO OVERWHELMING DEMAND MOST ORDERS WILL SHIP IN 1-2 WEEKS. Typically, I try to process all orders within 48 hours. All in-stock non-customized merchandise will ship within 3 business days and all custom orders are expected to be shipped in 1 week unless we let you know otherwise. I am currently processing all orders from my home studio in Malibu, CA in the order in which I receive them.
Can I rush my order?
For time sensitive orders reach out to me and I will do my best to accommodate. We also offer expedited shipping once completed.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on your preferred shipping method, your order could take from 1 to 4 business days once shipped. Our free domestic shipping offer method usually arrives in 2-3 business days.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, I’ll send you an email with your tracking information. It can take up to 48 hours for that first scan to appear, so don’t be alarmed if your order isn’t immediately in transit. It’s on its way, I promise!
Where do you ship from?
I am currently shipping all online orders from my home studio in Malibu, CA.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We want you to get your favorite C.Bonz pieces no matter where you are! Of note, we’re not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, or other fees placed on international shipments and, we’re sorry, but we currently don’t allow returns or exchanges on international orders.
My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package.
We’re so sorry! In the rare case that your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping company. Once a package’s status is updated to “Delivered,” there’s nothing I can do as the sender to help locate it. If I could, I would, believe me! C.Bonz is not liable for unforeseen issues caused by a shipping carrier or theft at the destination, but I’ll always do whatever I can to help in the event of a lost or stolen package.
